Refund Policy

Ideogram45 is pay-per-use: you buy a credit pack, and credits are consumed when you generate images. The rule is simple: credits you have not yet used are refundable. Credits you have already spent on generated images are not.

What is refundable

• Unused credits remaining in your balance. If you bought a 3-image pack and generated one image, two unused credits are refundable.
• Duplicate or accidental purchases.

What is not refundable

• Credits already consumed to produce images. Once an image has been generated, the service has been delivered.
• Free watermark-preview generations (these never cost credits).

How to request a refund

1. Email info@tryideogram45.com with the subject "Refund request" and include the payment receipt reference from your Stripe checkout email.
2. We will confirm the number of unused credits and process the refund back to the original payment method.

Timing

Requests are usually confirmed within one business day. Refunds are processed by Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
